Unrealistic targets if you are in the wrong market Most of the blame is placed on the SDR if target isn't hit, not taking into account poor accounts or unfair AE's

Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position
