- Great place to learn how to run sales cycles - Excellent training in CoM and MEDDICC

Inconvénients

- Territories are *extremely* saturated, making it very difficult to hit quota - 99% outbound into a tiny account list, inbound leads are just about nonexistent

Avantages

Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

Inconvénients

Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
