Avantages

Great people and culture within teams and among peers. Everyone is very helpful to each other.

Inconvénients

Management is becoming out of touch with the reality. There seems to be a big focus around numbers lately and the expectations are not reasonable anymore.

Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

Inconvénients

Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
