      Avantages

      Flexible work with a sense of purpose, fair compensation, the ability to work as little or as much as you want.

      Inconvénients

      No real cons. The flexibility of setting your hours and not having to call off for sick time or vacation, or being micromanaged, removes a lot of the stress points found at most jobs.

      Make your own hours. Fun. Interesting.

      Inconvénients

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.

      There are long periods between projects and little to no communication from the project managers.
