No one is forced to work nonstop, because they have the ability to adjust their schedule to include breaks. While on break, employees certainly can talk among themselves, but due to the nature of transcribing, employees must pay attention to their audio for the sake of speed and accuracy. Phones are not allowed at stations due to our commitment to providing total privacy and security for our customers, however phones can be used on breaks outside of the production room. Every manager has the ability to offer leniency on the break policy within reason, on a case-by-case basis. Lastly, we offer very clear cut and transparent Enhanced Pay metrics so that everyone has the opportunity to earn up to $13/hour.
