Avantages

- most mature quote-to-cash suite in the market - have the right vision and going in the right direction - great CLM product, CPQ best in market - competition cannot come close to product parity especially with complex needs in enterprise

Inconvénients

- typical startup challenges - growth, scale, chaos etc - founders are not good mgrs, company is now too big for them to manage, they need to move on and hire good operational people to take over and drive the company forward - too much mediocrity in talent for a company of this size, need to do better to retain good talent

Benefits and pay are decent

Inconvénients

A rapidly dying company. Since the new ELT came last year, they have destroyed any sense of culture or comradery in the company. The acquisition of PROS and the closing of the Broomfield office have been a total disaster. Sales have dried up, attrition is widespread and layoffs are frequent. Professional Services is especially dreadful with the new leadership who show zero interest in the wellbeing of the team. It's clear the goal is to rapidly dismantle the team and feed all business to partners.
