9yThank you for your response, I agree that we have a lot of fantastic employees that help make our team great. We do provide free water, soda, and coffee to our employees and have never stopped this practice. Our Friday team lunches have always been based on team performance, and still are, however our 97% client satisfaction score is indicative of the great job we are doing here - and we haven’t missed a lunch in a long time. I’m sorry that your employment ended with you having a negative perception of our management staff. We have worked hard to create an open-door culture where our employees can meet with and be heard by any manager – all the way up to our CEO. This open-door culture allows us to receive feedback from our staff about any potential issues with other staff or management, as long as our employees are willing to speak up. Work-life balance is important to us – we don’t require any of our staff to put in mandatory overtime and if anyone feels that their workload is too much, our management team is happy to discuss it with the employee and make adjustments as needed. I apologize that your experience does not seem to reflect this culture that we are currently enjoying.
