      I've been here for several years and I've enjoyed the flexibility that this job allows.

      Inconvénients

      Not a whole lot of stability. You live with the possibility of being laid off at any time.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
