      Avantages

      Had some great recruiters / reps.

      Inconvénients

      All of the good recruiters / reps left pretty quickly. Very little effort to find you another position when your current contract was ending. Recruiters told me to go find positions and bring to them, which made me wonder what they were taking a percentage of my earnings for.

      Avantages

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
