      Easy work, pretty much left alone to do my work

      Inconvénients

      Pay is BELOW average. No pay raises for 10 years now. Always making excuses as to why they can not give raises.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
