      Good benefits overall, hassle free biweekly paycheck, work with you for employee retention for the next project - meaning does bench if they think you are worth it. Very professional

      Inconvénients

      401k is not worth it but it does starts the day of employment

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
