      Avantages

      Friendly employees. Able to work remotely.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management couldn't agree on some core issues. It caused some chaos cross the company. Some power struggle was going on. Many talented, good people moved on.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
