      Avantages

      Loved my work, loved my team.

      Inconvénients

      Management, Pay, Raises were far too slow to get. no other compensation options for most technical people, easy to get stuck in a rut, limited promotion options - lots of playing favorites.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
