Autonomy to plan your day in the way that works best for you, and to drive ideas and projects forwards with the support of your manager and of senior leadership. - Approachable senior team and co-founders - I've often asked c-suite level individuals to meet for coffee in the office if I've needed help/advice/had questions, and they've always been very generous with their time. - Genuine industry experts work here, who are passionate about creating a genuinely useful product. Modern tech stack, progressive thinking, fast release cycle, constant review of processes to ensure we're agile and optimised at all times. - Clear career framework with well-defined behaviours to measure performance, and a clear performance review cycle. You know which level you're performing at, and you know exactly what you need to do to get to the next level. The salary bands are also benchmarked, and advertised on job openings. - More transparency from senior leadership team than I've ever had. We have regular 'ask the co-founders' meetings, business updates on company meetings from team leaders, kudos meetings and slack channels to celebrate excellent performance from employees. A lot of businesses are navigating tricky waters right now - and Codat's approach to call it as it is and remain united is absolutely spot on. Incredibly shocked by some of the more extreme and negative reviews here. Whilst everyone's entitled to their opinion, I can wholeheartedly say that this doesn't translate into the experience I've had working with Codat whatsoever. Would really encourage anyone thinking of applying to chat to people who are currently working at the business, and can give an insight in to what it's genuinely like, right now.
Inconvénients
- When I first started, the benefits weren't fantastic, but the People team listened to Codat's employees, and continue to evolve this by changing pension provider, introducing new benefits and doing a full review etc.
