      1. Fast growing company. 2. Implementation of SCRUM. 3. Flexible work hours. Work from home. 4. Casuals allowed. 5. Employee friendly policies.

      Inconvénients

      1. Too much aggressive. Lot of work. 2. Hire more than required and Fire easily. 3. People are made to travel to different branches at times.(Andheri and Airoli branch.)
