      - Great people to work with, especially lower/middle management. - Excellent work/life balance - Different job every day, never boring

      Inconvénients

      - Little to no advancement possible after hitting a certain grade level - Upper management seems 'disconnected' from field employees - Some divisions do not act in a professional manner
