Avantages
Its a big company if you talk around you can find the right kind of work which you are searching for. Opportunities are given to most people who perform , always consider that client feedback should be good and good things would start happening. Great HR policies you can only understand how good there HR and other support functions are when you leave them. I can still call CSC support and ask for any documents from then by giving my employee ID. On site opportunities are good as well.
Inconvénients
Big companies come with some big ego specially on the management side and of course office politics would be there. There is slight difference between the South and North , in the North upper management are always busy playing politics.
