      Avantages

      Looks good on a resume Provides excellent training If you get on good projects, then you gain a lot of experience in a variety different roles and technology. Excellent exposure to upper management

      Inconvénients

      100% Travel is not for everybody Raises are not necessarily based on performance and appear random. Bench time is not favorable and can be dangerous if there too long.

      Avantages

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
