      Friendly team, clothing allowance, good management, good pay for casuals, clean stores

      Inconvénients

      No progress, not much training, not great head office, not enough care about leaves and sick leaves, second in charge is no good

      Avantages

      Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

      Inconvénients

      Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
