Inconvénients
- Salary is 30-40% under market, despite "above expectations" at performance reviews and consistent positive feedbacks. Run away if you're on a visa, they'll take advantage of you.
- I agree with other comments, HR team is toxic, power play.
- Slow.
- Don't expect to be able to change things.
- No IT culture, lots of manual tasks with low value added due to very poor IS. You'll spend half your time exporting data from legacy systems, manipulate the data and do low value added reporting. As an example, you need to go through a poorly designed UI to export a greek, and wait ~15/30min to proceed with another export. And you only have access to a quarter, so for a period of one year, it's 4 exports. Imagine having to export 3 different greeks over a year, that's 12 exports.
- IT team couldn't whitelist yahoo finance endpoints after two years of back and forth with several IT teams.
