Good smart fun people in Engineering Used to have beer in the stationary cupboard - not sure if it does anymore tho.
Inconvénients
Parachute senior management, hope this has changed since I left - though as another contributor remaked - one moment they 'value' your contribution, blah blah (insert 'positives' from the HR manual here). immensely, and the next moment, like many US companies with a short-little-span-of-attention, find that you're instantly disposable.
