      Inconvénients

      Office culture and politics some times make people uncomfortable. Products Roadmap changes too frequently, create unnecessary pressure on scheduling and work load.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
