      Avantages

      benefits just ok, nothing special, health insurance is expensive. I heard complaints all the time about how insurance cuts into pay, but you just have to have some type of insurance I guess.

      Inconvénients

      no support for growing you, likely if in the field. Pay people more. Respect people and what they do more.

      Avantages

      Worked in a place where everyone is a professional regardless of their position. Happy that I was able to learn from the talented and experienced people.

      Inconvénients

      No cons. They are great.

      Avantages

      Schedule was good and flexible when consistent.

      Inconvénients

      It is a relatively small company trying to expand by hanging onto outdated principles. Upper management seems to be closed minded to suggestions. There seems to be a "good ol boy" network in full effect that is virtually impossible to overcome.
