Avantages
You may actually get hired here after a long unnecessary recruitment process.
Inconvénients
Management is incompetent. The project managers don't have a clue of what's going on at their sites. They have no sense of urgency when it comes to correcting payroll errors. The site managers seem more interested in their job title than the actual duties. If you have a problem with your paycheck you may never get it fixed. The corporate office has an emailing system that they use to their advantage. They will respond only if it is in their best interest. Apparently workplace violence or payroll discrepancies are not priorities on their list. The sad thing is that DHS is still awarding them quality sites. I see many issues with the US Department of Labor and this company in the future. They probably have a couple of lawsuits as well.
