Avantages
I have been at Amdocs for about a year now. This is a great company with really smart people that want to help you succeed at your job. They provide support and guidance to their employees, tons of training opportunities, and excellent benefits. Most of the people that work here have been here for 10+ years. This seems to be a company where people stay to make a career or they don't stay long. Everyone here is encouraged to be open and speak up. If you have something to say it doesn't matter who you are or how long you have been here, you are expected to speak up. Management is open and communicates freely. The team I work with, the VP's door is always open and he is very approachable. (not sure about other teams).
Inconvénients
The culture can be a bit of a shock. It isn't a bad thing it is just very different from what I was used to. People are passionate, loud, and direct to the point of almost being abrasive. You can't take it personal so you need to be able to shrug it off.
