Avantages
Great Pay, the coworkers are really nice, awesome vacation between Christmas and New Year, close to NYC, great work life balance. Most people work 8-5 and that's it.
Inconvénients
This branch of ASML was purchased from an older, established, American company. As a result, the progressive culture of the Dutch is attempting to lurch the greying and aging workforce into the 21st century. The management, however, is strictly controlling the transition and the end result will likely be no better than the starting point.
