      Initial years are good. Good place to learn for 2 or 2.5 years initially but later gets hackneyed.

      Management should Judge potential of employees and reward them in career front to curb attrition

      Avantages

      Loved working here. My main role was account management and driving new business. I was also responsible for selling event sponsorships. The benefits were generous. Good salary plus commissions. Flexibility to work from home as needed. Loved the Disney benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Sales is tough in the Bay Area due to traffic and dense population, so lots of time is spent in the car.
