Function

As a Senior Automation Engineer, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems. You work closely with other engineers, technicians, and operators to ensure that the automated systems meet the business needs. You have a strong knowledge of automation technologies, such as PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMIs. You are also able to program in different programming languages, such as ladder logic, function block diagram, and Structured Text.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain automated systems
Work with other engineers, technicians, and operators
Manage the automated systems
Troubleshoot problems with the automated systems
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in automation technology

Your profile

Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or automation
5 to 10 years of experience as an automation engineer
Strong knowledge of automation technologies, such as PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMIs
Able to program in different programming languages, such as ladder logic, function block diagram, and Structured Text
Good communication skills
Teamwork skills
Problem-solving skills
