| Your challenges?

As a Method/Operational Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Provide technical support for production, in particular: training of operators and implementation of equipment in the workshop.
• Prepare audits and customer visits.
• Improve manufacturing methods in order to optimize the product.
• Animate daily meetings, monitor actions, challenge production, analyze problems and identify root causes as a team.

| What do we expect from you?

• You have an industrial engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• You preferably have 1 to 3 years of experience.
• You are field and result oriented.
• You are interested in the aeronautics sector.
• You speak French and English fluently.
• You easily use the tools of the Office suite.
• You have a sense of contact and like teamwork.
• You are a diplomat and communicate easily, you adapt your speech to different audiences.
• You have knowledge of problem-solving techniques (lean manufacturing, PDCA, etc.).
