You plan and organize the weekly courses – you look for teachers for the group lessons that start weekly, you plan the lesson dates and rooms, you send the schedules, follow up on absences, look for replacements for sick professors, plan and follow up the private lessons.
You answer customer emails & phone calls, send quotations, inform customers about our offer and follow up on registrations. You monitor the quality of the training and the satisfaction of the participants. You are looking for and support external teachers
Administrative tasks: you make attendance lists, send student and teacher contracts, collect feedback forms, check teacher invoices monthly
A complaint from a customer initially ends up with you, you deal with this professionally.
