To strengthen our team, we are looking for a development engineer with experience in electric drive systems. This engineer will complement the electronic, electromechanical and controls skills within the team to help the automotive industry transitions to electric vehicles.

• Benchmarking and constant learning of technology and market directions
• Defining targets and requirement specifications for advanced product developments
• Cooperation with suppliers on finding optimum solutions
• Simulations, analysis and optimize technical concepts
• Supporting the development phases through risk assessment, validation, issue resolution, …
• Cooperation with internal departments (design, analysis, purchasing, …)
• Building and testing of proof-of-concept prototypes
• Test data analysis, synthesis, correlation and reporting

| WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Master in engineering
• Prior experience with electric drive systems through job or education
• Eager to learn and dig deep towards technical understanding of the product
• Structured worker, team player but able to progress independently
• Interest in all aspects of R&D, from initial idea to proof-of-concept demonstration
• You are fluent in English and knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a plus
• You take initiative and identify opportunities to contribute to the team’s progress
