We’re thrilled to share the exciting results from our latest study: Somatus’ whole-person, integrated care model delivers a statistically significant 13% relative reduction in mortality among patients with kidney disease (p<0.001). This finding — based on a rigorous, propensity-matched study of >165,000 patients controlling for numerous clinical acuity factors — reinforces what we believe deeply: integrated, patient-centered care does move the needle on outcomes.
