Taught me how to sell software that didn't work.

You can sum up Agari with the fact that a word of truth has never left the lips of any of the execs. Routinely, and regularly, the entire employee base is fed manufactured and deceiving information in order to cull objectivity. A more apropos name for the marketing department should be The Ministry of Truth. You'll have regular meetings where the executive team stands up in front of everyone and says mistruths and deceptive information about where they stand, what their customers think, and how the company is functioning.

Let's be clear, this is a company on a death spiral. In the last year, they've lost most of their sales team, executive leadership, and have not replaced a significant portion of their strategic roles. In the last 18 months, they have fired the CEO, fired CTO with no replacement to date, lost VP of Product with no replacement to date, replaced leadership of post services/support/sales multiple times, alienated significant partnerships, and lost incredible talent because they do not listen. Passengers are flying the plane and leaning forward on the stick.

Agari has the worst founder/CEO I've ever had to work with, or for. Only eclipsed by the maladroitness of the "I've got the money" CMO. The products are incredibly over-hyped and do not successfully accomplish half of anything they say they do. Agari is a marketing first organization where actually following through on delivery is the lowest, and least attainable, goal. Most of their time and effort is spent hiding the faults and flaws of the products due to their ineptness to actually design an enterprise software solution.

Be careful if looking to work here or buy any of the products. They don't care about their employees, nor do they don't care about their customers (except when it comes to time to get money and then they only care about the money).

Seek outside advice as listening to your own advice is driving the company into the ground.
