Good teams, people really care about the cause, a lot of great opportunities to get out to the Services and meet the people we support.
Management don't care about staff, high turnover, money is wasted on temp agency staff, knowledge is often lost due by not caring for long term workers (10 years and up). CEO doesn't listen to anyone, not even staff council, and some of the EG never learn from their mistakes.
