I had given the first round for the data moderator role in Events team. The first round looked good. In the 2nd round, the event team manager was live screen sharing. I completed the test properly with an exception of the last section, for which I needed some help. But the manager has outright rejected my candidature, not considering I am fresher and would need some level of training to crack tricky tasks.
