The interview was very relaxed, and the two men I was interviewed by were very friendly. There was no expectation to be overly professional, you are allowed to laugh and answer questions in a slightly more relaxed way. The two interviewers spoke in a very relaxed manner too, and the interview felt much more like a natural conversation. When I arrived at the store, the assistant manager asked me to look around and pick up a LEGO set to bring with me in to the interview. They will ask a question about the set you've brought in, and ask you how you would explain the set to a customer if they asked a question about it. They will also ask you about LEGO's history so be prepared to know the basics (founding year, basic evolution of the company, founding country). The interview was also held in their stockroom since the shop floor is quite crowded and small, so you're away from customers and other staff, which helps the atmosphere feel a little less stressful.

20-30 Minute interview, manager was very accommodating and nice. They first asked introductions about yourself and past experience, then about motivations, then more situational questions regarding customer service. They gave me a sheet to list down all my unavailabilities for the next months so do prepare that before going in.
