J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez the LEGO Group (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2021

      Entretien

The interview process was very positive. Talent were always concise and straight to the point. All was communicated efficiently. I feel questions asked were always relevant and I was really given a chance to explore my skill set and positive attributes.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez the LEGO Group (Londres, Angleterre) en déc. 2016

      Entretien

3 stage interview process starting off with a telephone interview followed by 2 face-to-face interviews. All throughout the process it was transparent and was thoroughly informed at all stages- I was advised that I had made it from hundreds of candidates to the final two. The internal recruiter kept me well informed and prepped at all stages. Both face-to-face interviews were held at the London Hub's ground floor offices, in rather small rooms, with tight chairs and the air con turned off (I was told it was broken but I was sceptical that this was really the case). The first interview was held with the manager who flew in from Billund, and the London based IT office manager and was a discussion about my skills and experience. Upon being invited back for the second interview I was told to prepare a presentation and to complete an online personality test. In the 2nd and final stage (the internal recruiter was present and the IT manager was Skyping in from Billund), the internal recruiter asked questions off the back of things that had come out of the personality test- this was quite daunting as there had been no mention of this so I wasn't prepared; my presentation was short as the recruiter missed out the 1 in front of the 5! Like many things that happened on that day, I wasn't convinced that this was a "mistake" or oversight. There were some more questions based on experience but by this point I was certain that I had lost the opportunity to work for the company, it also didn't help that the office manager walked out just before we finished (as apparently he was needed elsewhere). I wasn't offered the job as my personality report did not meet their requirements although I had the skills and experience. If you ever take one of these tests chuck the report in the bin. I was horrified reading through it as it didn't depict the person that I am. After the decision was explained to me (in great detail I must add) I did write back to the recruiter to explain my views and was offered an opportunity to go through it all but by that point I realised that there was no point in going over it as firstly I would come across as desperate, and secondly they had already made their decision.
