I completed two rounds of interviews and was told I would be a good fit for the team. I was really excited to have the interview process move quickly. I was then asked to complete an Assessment to showcase how I would organize different projects, fix datasets, etc. I was given 2 days to complete this task. I work a full-time job and am a mother to a small child so I had to complete this Assessment late at night. I reached out to the person who interviewed me twice. The first time I reached out, they got back to me within a week and said they were wrapping up with other interviews and would reach out for next steps. I reached out a second time when I didn't hear anything for several weeks - I still have not heard anything back. How unprofessional and disappointing.

Asked me some basic questions about my experience. Told me I would be a great fit. I've now determined I've been ghosted since I haven't heard back for about a month. They ignored my email when I inquired about the status of my application. Very unprofessional.
