HR department has little to no communication with Hiring Manager. Disappointing as they reached out to me for the job and i was quick on replying and then they slow the process down and they dont know how to do interview. First they say it will be behavioral interview and while you are in the interview they will say well i dont know what HR said but this is technical interview and start giving you technical screen. Manager gets pulled into work while doing interview. if you dont have time for new employee then why you schedule it?
