Entretien
Interview was very concise and friendly. First call was with the recruiter to get basic alignment. Followed by a technical screen with the hiring manager and a role-specific coding round with a dev. The virtual on-site was multiple rounds with devs, VP, and hiring manager, focused on CS fundamentals, ML fundamentals, critical thinking, and culture and behavior. Everyone was super helpful and really just wanted to see if your skillsets align. Turn around was super quick and communication was seamless.

Was approached on Hire and got a rejection email without even being interviewed. I'm not sure if they even looked at the resume, but why send a connect invite? really weird!

Applied online. Phone screen with recruiter. Tech screen with engineer solving a light problem. Conversation with hiring manager. Final round with a number of mixed technical and behavioral interviews with engineers and leadership.
