I applied to iCIMS back in mid January. The process started after applying online. A recruiter reached out to me to schedule a 2-minute video cover letter. This was then followed by a phone screening and then I was offered an in-person interview at their Matawan, NJ Headquarters. The interview was conducted by two of the Human Resources Business Partners and lasted about an hour and a half. The interview itself was split into 1:1 interviews with each Business Partner and were both very thorough. I was informed via phone call that I was not selected and an internal candidate had been selected instead. I was told I would be notified if any positions that fit my skill set arose, which was a nice gesture. Overall I felt that it was a very fair process and that the best candidate for the position was selected. It was a great experience as an applicant and I would be more than happy to apply to future positions that appeal to my skill set.
