Entretien
Process included meeting with two recruiters, submitting a video cover letter, meeting with two hiring managers, and a vice president. Process started in December and ended in March. I was told that the position start date would be Q2 so I was prepared for a lengthy process.

Question 1
Why do you feel that you would be a good cultural fit at iCIMS?
The interview process was very thorough- not only did I interview on the phone with a recruiter handling my candidacy, I interviewed with my future superior, someone in the position I would be taking, and the Director of Professional Services.
All were extremely nice and engaging, and I am so excited to get started with such a professional and nice team! Overall it was one of the best and informative interview processes I have ever gone through.

Question 1
What challenges do you anticipate facing taking over this role?
Overall it was a good experience. Took a little time and had to follow up with the recruiter but it was over the holiday. After that I was able to meet with team members as well

Great interview process with iCIMS. The process started with an initial CCAT/personality assessment and then I had a phone screening with a recruiter. Then I had three separate interviews with managers/director on the team. Overall, everyone was very friendly and professional. The recruiter made sure she was transparent about the process and timeline the entire time, making it a seamless experience for me.
