i don't have the knowledge of LNG but this is gas so i think we cannot use water extinguisher agent for this Moins

we should not use water type extinguisher it is so simple for example if someone is malarial patient and you give pain killer which is not effective and may harmfull or adverse effect sometime if you will not take care immediately Moins

The proactive approach meaning you have to advance three step ahead before the incident occur/ there is no incident happen by using the aspects such as conduct site safety induction the workers prior to entry on site. Giving training, mentoring,information and knowledge. While the reactive approach after the incident happen by investigating the incident , near misses, hazardouz spillage, ill health and environmental effects. Moins

HSE policy includes the guidelines for implementation and HSEMS provides the tools required to maintain the performance, a well developed HSEMS contains measures to audit, evaluate and review organizational performance. If you're asked to conduct an internal audit as a new safety officer, how would go about it?

First, I'd identify and choose the areas/sections of the management system I'll audit and then decide how often the auditing will done ( I'll make my decision known to the staff so that it doesn't come as a surprise). I'll start of the audit by meeting the entire staff where I'll introduce the audit team, explaining the purpose and approach of the audit and establishing the required communication protocols. I'll eventually carry out an infield observations and interviews, collect evidence, document the results, report the findings and present my professional recommendations to the top management. Moins
