Foe me a very long process, Loved the assessment day, the whole day was very relaxed and friendly, even though at times it was a little bit stressful. The food in canteen is very good and staff very helpful. Easy to get to i travelled by train and stayed in near by hotel taxi arrived prompt on the morning 10 min journey to the academy. Got the shuttle bus back to the train station. Was offered a job to start training in May , since then circumstances have changed now there are no training courses available this flying year i know some of the successful candidates are due to start in May I wish then lots of luck, for me sadly not i have to wait, which is very disheartening. It's been a year now from the start of the process. So i will say be prepared to wait. My only concern is that they can only hold you in the holding pool for a year, and if there's no courses this flying year does that mean i have to start the process all over again. Overall i would recommend Easy Jet the day was great the staff are amazing and very helpful, and i cant wait to start the next process of my new exciting journey , looks like I've just been unlucky.

The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well
