- HR call only basic questions and cultural fit -Call a dev to explain the tech stack and ask questions if you have any -Before the tech interview they sent me a huge JBoss project which I had to run and compile. At the interview they asked me basic trivial questions and I had to change some small things in the project so they can see that I can use IDE and understand things like SOLID -Last step, architecture design. This is only for seniors and above. I had to design their booking system. You have providers that publish events and you have to handle a huge load, that the providers can't handle. They want you to use cache, load balancing, async communication here and there and noSQL db for search

It only take me the first HR interview to fail which I am not sure what was the reason and I also sent a follow up email to the recruiter to ask what the reasons were and I did not get a reply back at all!
The interview process was fine and started with usual HR type questions but ended with few Java questions as well which was very odd to me to be asked in an HR interview. Even the interviewer told me we need to enhance this piece of our interview process later on!

I had an HR interview (45 minutes) and a technical one. For the technical interview, they ask some easy technical questions and then they ask for some code changes in a project that was sent to me two days ago.

Only got to have one interview with a recruiter. First, it was in Spanish, then he switched to English to see if I could speak it but his pronunciation was awful, I could barely understand him. He was clearly not engaged with my answers and didn’t follow up on any topic. Expect very trivial questions about the language of your choice (which is hard to respond to a non technical recruiter). If the interview was a taste of what the culture is inside, then I feel I dodged a bullet by not moving forward.
