Received email from HR asking me attend on-site interview. Went down to Sunbury. Interview last for 100 minutes. First part - HR: competency, skills, conflict resolution, etc. Second part - technical: understanding of the role, how would you function in the role, problem solving scenario. Overall: very intensive, very professional. Important: Always talk about yourself - not the team. Use "I", never "we".
