Application process involved online application where you need to write quite a bit, an online aptitude test, a trading game and finally panel interview. During the interview (3:1), I was asked mostly behavioral questions and some technical questions about global oil price. I didn't get an offer since they were "looking for someone who has regulatory climate knowledge for this specific position we are recruiting for." Not sure whether this was a legit reason or perhaps they had a better candidate in mind.
