365Bet reached out to me via email to schedule an interview for the CSR position out of their Marlton NJ office. The first interview, I was having difficulty signing into the Teams interview on my phone, I let them know via email, but was able to sign into the meeting around 3:05pm. I sat in the meeting for 20 minutes before ending. I received a response to my email 3 hours later, with zero acknowledgment regarding no one in the interview. Once I brought it up, they brushed it off as an error, stating it showed no one was in the meeting on their end. We rescheduled for this morning at 9:15am. I arrived to the Team meeting with the link provided at 9:15am and wait, and again no one arrived. I again emailed them and let them know. 3 hours later I received a separate email stating that Bet365 was no longer interested in offering me the position. There was again no acknowledgement of anyone not arriving in the meetings that were scheduled, in which they provided the Teams link. Horrible professionalism.

The interview process has been up and down with bet365. A lot of steps with the process and some of the recruiters will all but promise you the position, and then you don't get the job.

Interview with someone from their headquarters and then you interview with someone from your "home office". First interview was 15 min long and the second one was about 30 min long and more formal than the first.
