      1- There was a telephone interview. I got the phone interview a week after I applied. They ask various questions like when have you dealt with a difficult customer, when have you gone the extra mile. 2- I passed the telephone interview. They phoned me the next day to book the assessment evening the following Wednesday. This was a interview followed by two tests. The interview went well, he was very polite and eased the nerves. Then there was a mental arithmetic test and computer test. They weren't too hard, more to see how you work under pressure.

      Final Interview was pretty tense, supervisor said that it would last between 1 - 1,5 hours. It was mostly myself speaking during this time, and questions were very meticulous and detailed. Definitely not your *what's your weakness? kind of questions.

Walk us through how you'd investigate and handle this. - Have you had any experience in Betting or Gambling / do you bet?

      I would like to share that I have been notified three times that I have not selected for the position which speaks that there is a lack of communication and coordination between company employees. The interview process is similar to being at a fair and waiting to be selected. I do not believe these people in their fare judgement, because I am native Bulgarian and they were looking for a person speaking Bulgarian fluently, and after all provided job offer to a person preliminarily designated, let alone that I have also customer service experience and speak fluent English, as I have been working for the US Government for 29 years.
