The interview takes place over a Microsoft Teams meeting, the recruiter goes over your personal details and gives you time to tell them about themselves. They go over your university modules and to talk about three of them which you were most proud of.

Entretien
Applied online, got a phone call then got invited to the assessment centre with around 15 others. Very intense assessment centre lots of activists , group tasks, group presentations, individual task and interview. Most tasks are hypothetical situations around team work communication commercial awareness and persuasion.

Entretien
Go through a phone call/zoom call, then go to an assessment centre at bet365 stadium. Very intense assessment day, out of all of the assessment centres I attended this was the most mentally draining. The tasks and interviewers were made in a way that made you feel caught out. Which I personally think is an awful way to get the best out of prospective candidates. They even admitted that one of the interviewers was asked to join the day as he is an intimidating person, in hindsight this screams toxic.
